Verdict

Azrag won the 2013 renewal off today's mark for a different yard. Simon Walker was on board last year but he rides recent Lingfield winner Sweetheart Abbey today. Mick Easterby regularly wins these events and TAPIS LIBRE contributed with three victories last year, two of those under Joanna Mason. The partnership look set to strike again having slipped 8lb down the weights this season. St Ignatius is capable at this level and has won for an amateur before while Spin Cast was successful under today's rider at Carlisle last year.
