In depth

Verdict

Canadian Danehill is in flying form at present but he might be worth taking on and with George The Second also opposed we will give the vote to Le Chiffre. The key to this race could be the draw and both Canadian Danehill and George The Second will find life tough from stalls 8 and 12 respectively. In contrast our selection has a good low draw and will also be suited by the drop in trip. He does not lack for early pace and he could prove difficult to catch. Canadian Danehill is chasing the four-timer and he does have the excellent Neil Callan on board but he was all-out to score last time and his winning run may come to an end. George The Second is better over further so if he does not get way quickly he will find it almost impossible to win from huis outside stall. Mozakhraf has the plum draw and could go well at an each-way price, but Le Chiffre has solid claims here and can land the prize.
