Verdict

GRATZIE ended last year well beaten in a much better maiden than this but had gone close in all three of her earlier outings. She can open her account in this company if running somewhere near her mark on her return. Jolly Red Jeanz has plenty to find at the weights with the selection despite running well over 6f here last time and Irish raider Erwhons Gift is even harder to fancy on today's terms. The dam of Tom Mann won over 7f on the all-weather and his yard's decent strike rate at this course makes David Barron's newcomer worthy of attention.
