In depth

Verdict

The title really says it all as to the ability of these and Lasting Love is marginally preferred to In Hope and Miss A Bargain. Conor Dore's runner was in reasonable form a couple of months ago but has failed to cut any ice since upgraded to non-selling grade. He has thrown the odd modest start in but if Adrian Nicholls can get him away and on terms- there has to be a sporting chance. In Hope put up a respectable effort in a 7f Claimer at Lingfield in January. Connections still appear to be guessing at what his ideal trip. Miss A Bargain has to be respected given Karl Burke's record at the track. Miss Champagne is dropped in trip. Mick Quinn's filly is arguably better over this trip than the nine furlongs she has previously been campaigned over. Donya One is a Luca Cumani castoff who is now with John Harris. The filly was rated in the mid-60's when with previous connections and was returning last time out from a lay-off. Not a great deal of form on and Lasting Love is made as only the most tentative of selections.
