It's no surprise that LIGHT BURST has been hit with a 9lb rise for his latest win at Brighton. He looked well ahead of the handicapper when sluicing up by eight lengths and can go in again. Valery Borzov had yet to score over today's distance but Kingscroft is a C&D winner and could figure off his current mark. Kakatosi has bits of form that suggest he could get involved but multiple C&D winner Smalljohn looks high enough in the weights now and Warfare makes more appeal.
