Twice a winner over the minimum trip and then over 6f at Southwell last time, Quite A Thing should take the extra furlong here in her stride and could go close on her handicap bow. She can boast stronger form than Forest Edge's victory in a lowly maiden here last month, but may struggle to live with TONES. He was a cosy winner over 6f at Epsom in July and had gone very close over today's trip at the same track before that. Richard Hannon's colt is fancied to take this on his return. For Shia And Lula picked up a maiden at this track on an earlier raid and the Irish colt makes most appeal of the remainder.
