      Verdict

      ORPENINDEED has faded inside the closing stages over 7f here on his last two starts. However, Frank Sheridan's three-time C&D winner will take some pegging back if allowed his own way up front today and he gets the nod. The veteran Desperate Dan will have come on for his recent outing but has registered the vast majority of his 19 victories over the minimum trip, while Bonnie Prince Blue remains in fine form but none of his seven wins on the all-weather have been at this track. Steelcut has claims back in this grade, but the remainder look up against it on today's terms.
