    Verdict

The normally consistent MY LORD may have gone off too fast here last Saturday and paid the price in the closing stages. Bill Turner's charge will appreciate the return to this level and is taken to get the better of Sergeant Suzie. The latter won her maiden at Ripon May last year and remains open to improvement on her return from a lengthy absence. Dolly Parton will have come on for her recent reappearance, but Loves Theme has ran a couple of stinkers since scoring at Lingfield last month and Heresellie has been in woeful form at Southwell of late.
