      Verdict

STARLIGHT SERENADE showed a very willing attitude to score at Salisbury on only her second start, despite still showing signs of inexperience. She can continue her upward curve by landing this if handling the switch to Polytrack. Relation Alexander has already shown she handles the surface when winning at Kempton on her nursery debut. She has a penalty to overcome but Robert Tart's claim halves the extra and she can't be ignored. The Dukerer was only beaten a neck at Southwell last month but has gone up in the weights again since and the less-exposed Tez in just as interesting. He cost 60,000gns and has shown a bit of promise in maidens. His stable is in form as is that of Amadaffair while Vallila is another who has been knocking on the door and she has a useful 5lb claimer on board.
