Black Sea Pearl, Snow Bunting and Flint River are the three that catch the eye here and preference is for Black Sea Pearl. Hughie Morrison's Flint River has not won since April last year, and having reached veteran status at eight years of age is not getting any better. He was beaten into fourth in a claimer last time and is taken on here. Snow Bunting was a winner at Musselburgh in August and bounced back to form after a couple of disappointing efforts with a good second at Wolverhampton recently. He is fairly treated here and must go well. Black Sea Pearl won a handicap at Yarmouth in October and shaped well at Wolverhampton last time over this trip, staying on well to be a close second. That was a sound effort and Black Sea Pearl can prove too good here.
