Verdict

A modest finale can go to PRINCESS GAIL, who is back on a winning mark and was a regular around here over the winter. She has been quite lightly raced this year. Avon Supreme is better than he showed at Brighton last time and Stag Hill was fourth over C&D in this grade last week, though is still a maiden after 16 attempts. Flamborough Breeze is tried in blinkers and could find a little further improvement but the remainder, including Irish import Dustland Fairytale, have plenty to prove at present.
