In depth

Verdict

PICCOLO EXPRESS has returned from a short break in fine form, winning his last two starts over C&D. He's worth sticking with here off a 3lb higher mark and is fancied to get the better of Chinese Democracy and Downhill Skier once again. Pilgrim Dancer has to come into the reckoning on his earlier defeat of Mount Hollow over C&D given a couple of winners have come out of the race, while Cwmni's latest second at Lingfield gives her every chance. Itsthursdayalready can't be discounted at this level and looks best of the rest.
