Verdict
Gabrial The Master failed to build on a decent debut at Chester when fifth on his latest start and Choral Prince has shown little since a placed effort at Yarmouth. Khotan has been well beaten both starts and it would be no surprise if a newcomer were good enough to land this. Douglas Pasha and Cafe Society are worth noting in the betting and Bubbly Bailey is out of a prolific mare but Ed Dunlop has a good strike rate with his two-year-olds at this track and MANDY THE NAG, a half-sister to a couple of winners, may be good enough on her debut.
