Verdict

Sir Henry Cecil has more runners at this track than you might have thought and can boast a good strike rate with his three-year-olds too. BON ALLUMAGE finished a close-up fifth when completely unfancied in a well-contested maiden at Kempton on her debut last year and gets the vote to make a winning reappearance. Candycakes also showed promise in both starts at Newmarket last year and is not easily dismissed on her return, though Fleeting Image has the more recent form with a debut fourth over C&D to her credit. Two well-bred newcomers complicate matters as Indian Petal is a sister to Group 2 winner Silkwood and Secrets Away is related to Fillies' Mile winner Hibaayeb. Market moves for either could prove significant.
