Verdict

Division Two of the amateur riders' handicap is even more competitive than the first but now down below her last winning mark we take a chance on OUR KES with Marjury Daw open to more improvement, while Alfredtheordinary is up in the weights despite defeat last time. A winner here over further when 1lb worse off in September the pick is just as affective over this trip and has a decent strike rate at the track. Her penultimate start when not beaten far at Lingfield showed she retains some ability and against these rivals she has a good shout at getting back on top. Alfredtheordinary doesn't win too often but has come back to form as his mark has fallen. He only found the one too good off a pound lighter last time but it remains a concern he's unsuccessful at this venue in eight starts. Marjury Daw also just missed out last time and could feature if building on that run now a couple of pounds up in the handicap while Michael Wigham's Wetherby Place returned from a short break to run well in defeat last time and a similar effort will have him involved. A tricky puzzle to solve this but Our Kes now looks to be under a winning burden.
