Verdict

Harry Up wins awards for consistency but the top trump has eluded him since picking up two wins in April and he may be in the handicapper's grip; GEOFFDAW comes here in fair form and off bottom-weight makes most appeal. One negative is the poor draw, however it appears that every horse who Australia-bound Mark Wallace has left behind is winning for new connections. The selection has been in good form this season, is still fairly unexposed and can run well. Almaty Express is interesting but again the draw may have scuppered this front-runner's chance, whilst Timber Treasure, Kay Two and Best One all come here in good form. Yungaburra is not on a bad mark and runs this track well, whilst Canadian Danehill and The Tatling are both on fair marks if back on song. Not My Choice should be watched in the betting in relation to stablemate Yungaburra, but for the winner we will side with Geoffdaw.
