In this ultra competitive handicap it might be worth chancing a play on the potentially well treated KIPCHAK ahead of the inconsistent Fly By Nellie and plating class specialist Monashee Rock. Based on his summer form the pick is looking light at the weights. Granted Connor Dore's charge isn't on the best of form but there have been slight signs of a revival in recent runs and in this company he should go well. Fly By Nellie found just the one too good last time out when chasing the winner home over this trip at Kempton. She is, however, prone to the odd stinker so while she should go well off this mark she's difficult to trust on her first visit here. Monashee Rock has been running well but saves her best for sellers and claimers while Spinning Ridge is consistent but is creeping up the weights. There are plenty of ifs and buts around all of these runners so Kipchak is our best suggestion.
