        Verdict

        Arantes returned a disappointing favourite last time and a second in soft ground at Sandown remains his best effort so far. Salford Secret was another big let down when well beaten at Beverley but had run well over track and trip before that. SPACE WALKER showed promise with a debut third over course and distance and Harry Dunlop's colt gets the vote as the runner-up has since advertised the merit of the form. Go Sakhee is another to note and expected to improve for his debut at Yarmouth.
