Welcome Approach won at Kempton last time and, off only a 2lb higher mark today, makes more appeal than Michael's Nook. The latter has looked in the handicapper's grip since landing a double in October but CONSISTANT may be capable of further progress. Brian Baugh's charge scored over C&D on his first start since September and can follow up now he's finally got his head in front. Dunmore Boy showed a bit more last time and has won over 5f here, while Carmelita has outside claims on the best of her form.
