Verdict

The mile trip and soft ground at Salisbury were legitimate excuses for LUCKY MONEY's latest poor run. He'd gone close over track and trip before that and first-time blinkers can bring about the small amount of improvement needed to get his head in front. Chillie Billie will also appreciate the return to Polytrack as he was outclassed in a nursery at York last time, while much better is expected from Twelve Strings on his second start. Fantastic Smartie showed glimpses of promise on her debut at Warwick and Black Douglas is related to three winners and worth noting on his debut.
