Verdict

GIVE US A BELLE scored over track and trip before going close again here last week. He still carries a penalty for his earlier victory but has little to beat in this and gets the nod. Rightcar and Lucky Mellor have plenty to find with the selection on recent running, but Marmot Bay showed some improvement for her slide down the weights when second over 6f here last time and can figure. Borough Boy won his maiden at this track in October, though he's struggled in handicaps since.
