    Verdict

Jamie Osborne's string remains in form and he can have another winner here with NATIONAL MONUMENT, who can break his duck at the main expense of The Staffy. The selection improved from first run to second and was not far away behind Badge Of Honour in a 9f maiden here last month. The step up in trip looks to be a positive and we will take him to get off the mark. The Staffy should set the pace here and did well when trying to make all and finding just one too good here last time. There is no reason why he can't repeat or even better that effort, and he is much respected. The same can be said of Rosko, who has only a neck to find with The Staffy on that recent run here, although with an extra run under his belt perhaps he won't be open to as much improvement. Debutant Hatta Diamond represents the in-form Mark Johnston yard who can get them ready to win first time. This Pivotal colt is related to plenty of winners and this trip looks an ideal starting point so a good first run is anticipated. Little else makes appeal and National Monument is selected.
