Verdict

Miss Villefranche ran her best race of the year so far when second over 7f at Kempton last week. She should confirm running with Shaws Diamond, Khaki and Queen's Choice here in an attempt to open her account. However, Warwick winner FAIR BREEZE went close over C&D a fortnight ago with Deslaya nearly three lengths behind and Richard Phillips' filly makes more appeal. Dashing Eddie is less exposed than most in this field and was only beaten a length at Yarmouth last time, while Beverley winner Freda's Rose may improve on only her second start on Polytrack.
