Louisiade, Lord Chamberlain and Marshallspark are the three to concentrate on here and the vote is given to Marshallspark Lord Chamberlain is steadily rising in the weights but he won well last time when defeating Bijou Dan over this course and distance. The selection Marshallspark finished back in third in that race but he does have a handy pull in the weights here and we think he provides the value in the race and he could be capable of reversing the placings. Louisiade ran well last time when second behind Ziet D'Alsace but he never looked like beating the winner that day and he hasn't won for a couple of years so he is difficult to back with any confidence. Long Weekend is capable of better than he showed last time but he has never won over this trip and his best form is at Lingfield so he looks opposable. Compton Micky was in good form before Christmas but he might just need this run to sharpen him up after an absence from the track, and for the winner we return to Marshallspark.
