Quincannon, Iced Diamond and Tapa are three against the field in this poor seller and the vote is given to Quincannon. The selection was a good second behind Snow Bunting in similar grade last time out, that form looks rock solid in the context of this race and he need only run up to that mark to win this from a good draw. Iced Diamond rates the main danger on his best form but he was very disappointing last time out for no apparent reason and although he is dropping in grade he still has plenty of questions to answer. Tapa is another worthy of respect as he is dropping in grade and looks to be on a handy mark but he is hard to win with and at likely odds he looks worth opposing. Of the remainder Resplendent Prince has the ability to go close but does not always like to use it and from a poor draw he looks worth taking on and in a race where stakes should be kept to the bare minimum for the winner we return to Quincannon.
