Verdict

Plenty with a chance in this and last month's C&D winner Corvette is certainly one while Jacob McCandles is another after his latest third at Kempton. Plus Fours may figure if lasting home and Looks Like Rain definitely gets the trip as he's found only one too good on his last couple of starts over 2m at Beverley and Goodwood. However, SCRIPTURIST is just preferred as the application of blinkers and the step up to 1m6f at Yarmouth last week saw him win by six lengths - Willie Jarvis' charge has plenty more scope for improvement.
