    Verdict

Kyllachykov was only beaten a head over a shorter trip at Southwell two weeks ago. He won twice here last year but may have his stamina stretched today. Taste The Wine stays 2m so won't be stopping in the closing stages. He has an up-and-coming apprentice on board and must be thereabouts but has to give 11lb to JEBULANI. This is only the latter's second run on the all-weather but he has a great chance at the weights on his Turf form and is fit from a campaign over hurdles. Excellent News and Kempton third Waving look best of the rest.
