Verdict

MODERN LADY won over the minimum trip at Kempton last time and can go in again. Today's rival Marmot Bay was less than a length away in third and has since franked the form with victory in a seller over 6f at this track. She'll do well to reverse running on worse terms today, however, and the remainder are harder to fancy. Harrogate Fair reverted to type after popping up at Yarmouth last month and Musselburgh winner, Mill End Dancer, couldn't cope with a 5lb rise at Redcar during the week but Lexi's Beauty may do better on her handicap debut.
