This fillies' handicap is not easy to solve but the shortlist contains Pappas Ruby, Fangorn Forest and Bens Georgie and the vote is given to Pappas Ruby. The selection won well from a poor draw at Southwell last time when the first-time blinkers seemed to have the desired effect. She has a better draw here, her yard are in decent form and she should prove tough to beat if the blinkers work the oracle again. Fangorn Forest ran her best race for a while at Bath last time when third behind Elopement. The drop in trip should suit here but the form of her last race has not worked out all that well and she has been done no favours by the draw. Bens Georgie should be spot-on for this after a couple of recent outings but her best form is over 7f and for that reason she is taken on. My Michelle is a course and distance winner and could go well at a price, but for the winner we will stick with Pappas Ruby.
