Verdict

All but one of Efistorm's 16 career victories have come over 5f, though he has twice finished second over this longer trip recently and normally competes in slightly better company. Conor Dore's veteran shouldn't be far away and makes more appeal than fellow top weight Dvinsky. The Jailer finished last in her hat-trick bid at Brighton but should do better dropped back in grade here, while Fawley Green finished ahead of Miss Firefly at Folkestone earlier this month and is fairly consistent. Dear Maurice has gone well here in the past but returns from a break and preference is for ANJOMARBA, who stepped up on her C&D second early last month when landing a handicap at Folkestone and has plenty in her favour again this evening.
