Verdict

MAKE MY DREAM is put forwards ahead of Secret Hero and C'Mon You Irons amongst others. The selection has only finished out of the money once in four starts at this venue so could well bounce back from a couple of below par displays. He's dropped to a mark from which he's gone close in the past whilst he looks even better treated once the claim of his talented apprentice is taken into account. He's well drawn and should make a bold bid from the front. Secret Hero is one of few in the line-up with the scope for improvement but he's drawn low and drops back in trip. However, he appears to possess plenty of speed, was held-up last time and certainly has the scope to win from his revised mark so is one of the likelier winners. C'Mon You Irons has come down a long way in the weights and posted a decent effort in a moderate handicap last time so he could get involved if building on that run. Gwilym has a decent course record and rates mention along with Sam's Cross, Don Pele and Tudor Prince but Make My Dream gets the nod.
