In depth

Verdict

Cherish The Moment has every chance judged by official BHA ratings but the Barry Hills-trained colt showed no sign of encouragement on his return following a break since April at Ripon earlier this month and a safer option looks to be LAUGHING BOY, who gets the vote ahead of Zemario. The last mentioned looks the pick of the newcomers being a stoutly bred son of Dalakhani and he could be of interest first time up. Luca Cumani introduces an interesting debutant in Mistoffelees and any market support for him would be of some interest. Mark Johnston's Morning Dress has been well held in both starts so far and is hard to recommend and of more interest may be Millharbour, who has run to a consistent level of form. Preference though is for Luca Cumani's Laughing Boy, who showed improved form back on faster ground in a maiden over course and distance last time and a reproduction of that effort may well suffice.
