Verdict

VOYAGEOFDISCOVERY may well have won on his handicap debut at Haydock on Saturday had he not been hampered. You can understand Clive Cox wanting to take advantage of his charge's current mark at present and he's fancied to get off the mark. Ravenous won his maiden at Epsom in April and doesn't look badly treated. He's a threat and Constantine will strip fitter for his run at Kempton. Dullingham got no sort of a run at Doncaster earlier this month and that run was a lot better than it looks on paper. The Godolphin gelding clearly appreciated the return to 1m and makes more appeal than April's course and distance winner Grevillea.
