In depth

Verdict

A number of these are making their handicap debuts including High School and Saharan Song, both are from powerful yards and must be considered, however Bubbling Fun has solid handicap form and gets our vote. Ed Dunlop's filly ran with credit behind Prenup at Brighton last time, finishing in fourth place. The third home franked the form with a victory last week so Bubbling Fun does appear to have a clear chance. High School does appear to be a little high in the weights for what she has achieved, but is lightly raced and open to improvement. Saharan Song is from the Barry Hills yard and has contested two decent maidens this season, she will appreciate this step up in trip. Of the others Nukhbah is a consistent type and could fight for a place, but Bubbling Fun has the best recent form and taken to oblige.
