Verdict

This race comes with the usual cavaeat for a maiden of check the market, given that five of the runners are making their racecourse debut, including our selection DAYS OF SUMMER, while of those to have run before, we like the look of Whisper Louise and Mama Lulu. Ralph Beckett's good at getting winners first time out, and Days Of Summer looks to have a decent profile. Related to a number of winners, she cost €76,000 Euro last year and has some decent autumn entries at Doncaster and Redcar. The high draw should help too in a big field. Mama Lulu's also well drawn, but Michael Bell's filly may not be the most straightforward, despite having been runner up in her two outings to date, both of which have been similar contests. Whisper Louise is the most experienced, and looksn capable of winning a race such as this, especially having looked progressive each time out. Silver Show improved well from debut, only to lose to a very short-priced favourite and the step up in trip looks a positive; she may be worth an each-way dabble, but to win, we'll side with Days Of Summer.
