Verdict

Tiger Cub is the only course winner in the line-up but that was over a mile and he has yet to prove he stays the trip on soft ground. Burnham was just touched off over the C&D on soft ground last month and didn't handle much faster going when sent over 1m4f at Salisbury. He can bounce back while Bondi Mist looks to have some scope after a fair handicap debut at Sandown. GRAND LIAISON showed nothing in three maidens but it was a different matter on her handicap debut on soft ground at Leicester when she made the promising Sea Fever pull out all the stops. She's been raised 6lb but with her rider able to claim half of that she looks ready to go one better.
