    Verdict

Top-rated Realt Na Mara has form at this level, but may prefer more cut in the ground, so we'll look elsewhere, with our shortlist headed by SOLEMN ahead of Golden Rosie and Chasca. Milton Bradley's gelding has won over five and six furlongs, notching up four wins in five runs earlier in the year. He's consistent and despite a moderate draw doesn't look to have much to beat here. He's never won off his current mark, but having a claimer on board helps and he pays his way at this sort of level. Golden Rosie's raced at a better level than this but hasn't followed up a win of more than a year ago. A drop to this sort of level could reap dividends though. She's less exposed than some, and there may be some more to come from her. Chasca started the year well but has been disappointing since. A return to her efforts at the start of the campaign, when she won twice in three outings, could be enough to land this moderate event. These are at this level for a reason though; Dressed To Dance and Style Award are the only runners with winning form over this trip here and both are now racing off a lower mark.
