Verdict

EFISTORM has been in grand form in plating company and can carry that recent improvement back into handicaps. The 10-year-old ran well enough off a 7lb higher mark at York in June to suggest this will be within his compass. Scarlet Rocks has plenty of pace but may be suited by a return to the minimum and Epsom runner-up Silenzio may be more of a danger, though he tackles 6f for the first time and is still a maiden. Salisbury winner Italian Tom, Kyllachy Storm and Silver Turn are the others with decent claims in a tricky finale.
