GIBB RIVER is penalised for his wins at Huntingdon and Plumpton but there appears to be little in this field to threaten Nicky Henderson's five-year-old, who should comfortably complete his hat-trick. Lang Shining and Sunley Peace were once useful on the Flat but both were pulled up on their first start over hurdles though the latter will have needed his run at Newbury, his first since finishing seventh in the 2007 Cesarewitch. Leitzu won twice over a mile on the level and is a rare runner over jumps for Mick Channon but he may just need the experience here.
