In depth

Verdict

Lady Warrior looks out of this but the remaining quartet are closely matched. Mrs Mac Veale has been alternating between hurdles and fences and scored over timber at Thurles a couple of weeks ago though that was over 2m4f and this could prove on the short side in a small field. Hell Cat Maggie started co-favourite in that latter event but was never travelling at any stage and pulled up. She's very much better than that as she completed a hat-trick in the summer but prospective punters would need to ignore that latest effort. Runner-up that day was CLOUDY ROCK and she's taken to gain revenge and land this. That was only her fourth start over hurdles and she was in the lead at this trip so can make the necessary progress and gain her second victory over timber. Solita is making good progress and ran very well on her hat-trick bid behind another improver in Give Me A Break at Naas.
