Verdict

High Desert completed a double before running poorly when stepped up in class at Leopardstown. In The Haven pulled up behind today's rival Moiqen at Thurles before a better effort over 2m3f at Downpatrick. Moiqen makes his handicap debut over fences and should go well from a reasonable mark but this can go to REALITY DOSE. Liz Doyle's charge was a very easy winner at Naas in January and was still in touch when falling at Navan a couple of weeks ago. Mark Me Up finished third in that latter event but the selection would probably have beaten him had he stood up.
