In depth

Verdict

Pam Sly has her string in good form and she can take this with Pheidias, while Reflective Glory can improve to take a close hand. Pheidias caught a tartar in art professor at Bangor a couple of weeks ago, but there does not look to be anything in the field of that ability here. In any case, he can improve for that run, which sets the standard here, and score. Reflective Glory is another who should come on for a Market Rasen debut where she never really got into things, but that run will have done her good. Galant Nuit is interesting on his British debut but thus far he has encountered only bottomless ground in France and the jury is out until we have seen him on a sound surface. Heisivorthedriver is from a good yard and makes his hurdles debut. He could go very well, though in truth the trip may be a little short for him. Little else appeals and Pheidias gets the nod.
