Verdict

Connectivity beat NEPTUNE EQUESTER by 15 lengths at Southwell earlier this month but Brian Ellison's course and distance winner re-opposes on 12lb better terms and will have been brought on by that run. We fancy the 10-year-old to take his revenge today in what appears a virtual match. It's almost two years since Dooney Rock last won and he has his first run for a new yard here while Makhzoon is starting to look a light of former days. Herostatus and Aggie's Lad were also pulled up last time and Bold Slasher appears to have little chance at the weights.
