Verdict

This novices' hurdle can go the way of Poseidon's Secret, although both Manadam and Chernik can go well. The selection hails from a yard in good form and he was a little unlucky when he was only beaten a head by Warsaw Pact at Taunton last time. He will relish this ground and he can gain his compensation. Manadam won well in France back in June but all his form is on softer ground and he has run as if in need of a longer trip. Chernik was a fair third behind Andytown last time out but he didn't quite get home over this trip and he may be better back in handicap company over a slightly shorter trip. Mister Aitch hails from a yard in form and has shown ability in the past so he is no forlorn hope, but he is returning from a lengthy break here and he may be sharper for the run. A tricky contest which can go the way of Poseidon's Secret.
