Verdict

IF IN DOUBT got no further than the second on his fencing bow at Exeter but is sure to have had plenty of schooling since. He was the best of these over hurdles and a clear round can see him get off the mark over the larger obstacles here. Sego Success never really threatened when fourth at Chepstow last month but will have learned from the experience and Walk On Al was clearly expected to do better at Worcester five weeks ago as he started favourite. He should also have a future and may be a bit sharper than the returning Billy Twyford and Volo Mio.
