Verdict

Snake Charmer has already collected three hurdle races and Wild Tonto is antoher with claims on his first run over birch, but TAMPA BOY gets the verdict. The selection makes his chase debut today He showed superb attitude when landing a hurdle event over 2m7f at Fakenham two weeks ago and we expect him to be equally as effective over fences. He had been kept on the go this season without success, but his handicap mark has dropped recently and it is helping. Snake Charmer's last win came back in mid-March. Recent form has been a little worse for ware but he could prove a leading player on his first run over the larger obstacles today. Tim Vaughan has his string in good from of late and Wild Tonto can build on his most recent performance today. He was sixth on his return from a seven month break and ran with credit. He'll have appreciated the run out and is capable of improvement. Serve Notice may struggle here although the gelding is showing signs of improvement. Tampa Boy gets the nod here then in what may prove to be a very competitive chase.
