Verdict

Southwell hunter chase winner Breaking Silence is the main reason AP McCoy is at Wetherby today. The 10-year-old is well treated on his best form under Rules and should go close but we prefer course specialist DAWN RIDE. Micky Hammond's gelding has a terrific record at this track and has fallen to a very fair mark, being 3lb lower than when only beaten a short-head over C&D in November. Lutin Du Moulin easily won a hunter chase over C&D two weeks ago but will find this much tougher and Baltic Pathfinder continues to be let down by his jumping. Stablemate Final Veto is less exposed over fences but is also best watched after being pulled up in novice event at Carlisle last month.
