Verdict

Mont Royale was a surprise winner on good going at Kelso in October and didn't reappear until last month at Doncaster where he found the ground too soft. Hitman Harry made a promising debut behind Mystical Dreamer at Sedgefield in November but the form hasn't worked out. ORBY'S MAN was bought for £30,000 at the Cheltenham Sales in December after winning between the flags in Ireland. He made a bright start for new connections in what looked a better race than this at Market Rasen last month and can start repaying some of the outlay. Special Wells is a half-brother to a winning bumper and is one to note along with Azure Glamour, another who is related to a bumper winner, while the market should give the best indication to the chances of the remainder.
