Verdict

Desgrey looked a future winner when placed four times over timber last year but hasn't made the expected progress over fences. The veteran Work Boy won three times in 2011 and was having his first subsequent start when performing with credit at Sedgefield a couple of weeks ago so he may not have finished winning yet. Alpha One was a very lucky winner at Musselburgh but he was running on ground too soft and hasn't been raised in the weights so has an obvious chance of following up. However, WHISKEY RIDGE could have his measure at these weights as he won easily here last May and scored again at Sedgefield last month. Champagne Agent has yet to win a race over jumps and has been well beaten in both starts over fences.
