In depth

Verdict

The two to look out for are Harry Flashman and Nice Horse with the latter getting the vote. Tony McCoy has made the long journey up from the south to ride Nice Horse. His form when winning at Newton Abbot has worked our well and he was not disgraced at Ludlow last time out when finishing second to Seafield Bogie. He has cheek pieces fitted for the first time which might sharpen him up and if doing so he will take some beating. Harry Flashman has had injury problems in the past but was back to his best at Hexham last time out when beating Bywell Beau by a neck. He can run well again as can Mr Strachan who comes from a yard in form and who fell when beaten behind Panzar over course and distance last time out. If putting that behind him he should be noted in the betting market. But for the winner we return to Nice Horse.
